Paul Smedley has added a port of libusb. http://smedley.id.au/os2ports_new/index.php?page=libusb-1-0
"libusb is a C library that gives applications easy access to USB devices on many different operating systems. libusb is an open source project, the code is licensed under the GNU Lesser General Public License version 2.1 or later.
This download itself can be used for developers to port applications that use libusb to OS/2 as it includes binaries, headers and libraries.
It will also be used by all future builds of CUPS, SANE and hplip to provide support for USB devices."
