Recompiled due to MultiMac project restructuring  

Hardware is now checked at initialization time so the driver will not load if valid harware is not present.  

New more efficient ring buffer allocation routines.  

Added logging functionality  

Added tracing functionality.  

Added Promiscuous mode capability.  

Now a Warpin package.
