Description:
The popular OS/2 web directory, OS/2Land, has just debuted a new and
exciting Java-based chat room. The new chat facility works well under any
browser that fully supports Java, including Netscape/2, Netscape 3.0, MS
Internet Explorer, and others.
The Chat facility functions as a part of the ChatPlanet network, and
therefore provides access to all of the exciting/rich content of the many
chat rooms available on the most popular Java chat system on the internet.
Notes:
I make no guarantee about the capabilities/functionality/quality of this
applet or its participants. There may be channels available that you find
offensive. I apologize for this, but there is nothing more that I can do
to prevent it. I can't police the place 24 hours a day, however, I suspect
that most OS/2 users will be responsible enough to avoid causing any major
incidents. I hope that you enjoy your time in the chat facility!
