December 24, 1996 - Modular Dreams Incorporated today announces the release of
MD+F Effects for ColorWorks - Volume 1, the first volume in a series of
plug-in products for SPG ColorWorks V2.
Modular Dreams' MD+F Effects for ColorWorks - Volume 1, provides eight useful
and easy to use image processing effects:
* Equate Exposure - Correct image brightness and contrast at a localized
level.
* Flicker - Flicker image pixels or redraw them using their primary color
components while maintaining original brightness.
* Halo - Draw a cartoon like halo around object edges.
* Offcolor - Move image color components out of convergence.
* Picasso - Repaint image using colored swirls.
* Spiral - Create an spiraled version of an image. Also great for creating
interesting backgrounds.
* Swirl - Swirl rectangular shaped images.
* Waves - Redraw an image using waves. With many drawing options, this is
one of MD+F's most powerful effects.
All eight plug-ins provide fully ColorWorks compliant interfaces and five of
them provide the preview option.
