Real Housewives of New
Jersey, which premiered in early June, has reportedly completed the filming
process, so none of this new off-camera drama is likely to make
the airwaves anytime soon.It is unlikely that Bravo would be named in
any criminal action. However, Bravo may be concerned that someone may infer
they knew of the false representations made in the bankruptcy filings by
the Giudices with regards to any anticipated income and failed to take
the appropriate actions to correct the misrepresentations, Del Sardo said.
Bravo is most likely discussing this matter with its attorneys to make
a determination if the recent charges are grounds to terminate its contract
with the Giudices. Bravo may [need] to release them from the show
after these charges.Bravo declined to comment, and the United States Attorneys
Office, District of New Jersey, was not immediately available for comment.Teresa
Giudice issued a statement Tuesday advocating support for her husband and
family, along with hopes to resolve this matter with the government as
quickly as possible.

worked in the airline industry for more than 30 years. It could
start a trend that will be hard for the airline industry to
turn off. Once the airlines start letting this happen it could cause
serious problems, because inevitably there will be disputes. Where is it
going to stop?Currently, if onboard disputes arise, its up to the cabin
crew to resolve the situation. In any in-flight disagreement, if the captain
considers an argument a security issue, he can have the offending passenger
removed from the plane.Heather Poole, a flight attendant for a major U.S.
carrier and the author of Cruising Attitude: Tales of Crashpads, Crew Drama,
and Crazy Passengers at 35,000 Feet, has seen passengers offering each other
cash to switch seats without incident, and even has resorted to bribing
fellow passengers herself. When she was traveling with her 3-year-old son,
bought another passenger lunch and drinks in order to entice him to
switch seats, so she could sit next to her child."If I saw
someone trying to pay someone else off (to switch seats), I wouldn't
interfere.I'd assume they knew each other and someone owed the other person
money," said Poole.Experts say the traveling public should expect more seat
jockeying, as more travelers get stuck in middle seats or away from
family members.Andrew Thomas, an associate professor at the University of

<p style="font-size:xx-small;"> LONDON A prominent Saudi prince has lost a case in Britain
over the handling the sale of a jet to the late Libyan
dictator Moammar Gadhafi.Prince Alwaleed bin Talal was being sued by Jordanian
businesswoman Daad Sharab, who claimed she was owed a 6.5 million pound
($9.9 million) commission for helping arrange the 2005 sale. The prince,
a nephew of Saudi King Abdullah whose wealth is estimated in the
billions, had denied agreeing to pay a specific commission.High Court Judge
Peter Smith ruled against the prince Wednesday at a hearing in London,
describing his evidence as "confusing and too unreliable."Sharab praised
the ruling, saying the decision reinforced her faith in the impartiality
of British courts.

Committees other concerns are that the IRS blocked employee Cindy Thomas
-- a manager in the agencys Exempt Organizations Determinations office --
from turning over key documents and that the agency in late July
released a 30-day review to the media before giving it to the
committee. The letter was sent one day after the committee asked for an
inspector general investigation into allegations the IRS also politically
targeted groups that already had tax-exempt status, including the Washington-area
based Leadership Institute, which trains conservatives. The Associated Press
