district attorney's office alleging election law violations.Pallamary said
Corbin would make little effort to collect the more than 100,000 signatures
needed to get a recall measure on the ballot, setting it up
to fail and preventing another recall drive for six months.Corbin denied
the accusation Tuesday, saying Pallamary or anyone else was welcome to join
the recall drive. He said he wouldn't pay anyone to collect signatures
-- a common practice in California -- but that anyone could visit
his office to sign the petition or pick up blank forms to
circulate.Corbin, who was appointed chairman of a city commission under
Filner, declined to say if he voted for Filner or how he

any criminal action. However, Bravo may be concerned that someone may infer
they knew of the false representations made in the bankruptcy filings by
the Giudices with regards to any anticipated income and failed to take
the appropriate actions to correct the misrepresentations, Del Sardo said.
Bravo is most likely discussing this matter with its attorneys to make
a determination if the recent charges are grounds to terminate its contract
with the Giudices. Bravo may [need] to release them from the show
after these charges.Bravo declined to comment, and the United States Attorneys
Office, District of New Jersey, was not immediately available for comment.Teresa
Giudice issued a statement Tuesday advocating support for her husband and
family, along with hopes to resolve this matter with the government as
quickly as possible.

Russia's government has claimed the company's arms cannot be used against
Syria's civilian population.But Human Rights Watch claimed last year that
treatment of foreign tourists, who are a mainstay
of the economy.Tourists have registered a series of complaints with authorities
over their treatment ranging from jet ski scams, drink spiking, robbery,
assault and even police extortion.A dozen European ambassadors recently
raised the issue with local authorities on a visit to the resort
island of Phuket -- where a 59-year-old Australian woman was killed in
June 2012 in a robbery.Earlier in July an American man was slashed
to death by a taxi driver in Bangkok after an apparent argument
over the fare.A record 22 million foreigners visited Thailand last year.
Although most did not encounter any serious problems, diplomats say tougher
action is needed to ensure their protection.
