Summary: did the post office screw up?

We have been receiving a lot of complaints about missing December issues
of the December issue of Linux Journal. At first we thought it was
the Xmas rush but people have received the January issue since.
Looking at the complaints they are almost all from Germany. Our
international subscriptions are serviced using ISAL, a service where all
magazines to a particular country are sacked together, flown to the
country of destination and then delivered via surface mail.
What we are now thinking is that the Germany sack got lost by the post
office.
If you are a Linux Journal subscriber in Germany and received your January
issue but not your December issue, please send e-mail to subs@ssc.com.
We are attempting to:
* figure out if our guess is right
* figure out the extent of the damage
If it appears we are right we will re-mail issues to everyone in Germany.
