I will appreciate your kind attention to this letter.
My name is Zadi M Zadi, I am the Director of Projects/Payments - African Development Agency. (ref. www.africandevelopmentagency.org).
In the year 2009; ADA awarded contract to Dr EMIL for supply, delivery and distribution of Medical/Hospital Equipments to designated hospitals in west africa. Upon the signing of the contract; a 50% down payment was effected to facilitate fulfilment of contract on schedule. Immediately therefter, the contractor made neccessary contacts with japanese companies dealing in Medical/Hospital Equipments and after some efforts he finally travelled to Japan to take delivery of equipments and shippment to west africa.
Regretably while still in Japan an earthquake struk and the gentleman died of heart-failure in his hotel room as a result of shock he suffered. Under our terms of agreement and in line with our donor agencies stipulations, an Insurance Coveraged of the equipments and personnel was exercised and since after the incident the Insurance Claim has not been made. I am by this letter sincerely and in goodfaith seeking your co-operation to file for the "Insurance Claim". I assure you that there is no iota of criminality involved in the INSURANCE CLAIM. The process of the Claim can never result to fraudlent act. Rather you will front as the broker who (audited and certified the total quantity of the equipments meant for shippment and mediated between our late contractor and the companies before his untimely death). Upon filing of the application with the insurance company, the administrative process of the claim shall not take more than 14 working days to conclude.
Please answer me, I need your co-operation.
