<FONT face="Calibri"><B><I>Shetland,s land position has approximately 900 miles of indented coastline consisting partly of exposed cliffs and shores bordering both the Atlantic Ocean and the North Sea. This is an invitation to Oil exploration and extraction in the Shetland Coastland and a means to secure wealth and employment. We would be needing the services of professionals from all works of life to participate.</B></I></FONT></DIV>

<FONT face="Calibri"><B><I>The transaction will be carried out by way of a Plan of Arrangement, the implementation of which will be subject to approval by at least 66% of the votes cast at a special meeting of Internationl Oil shareholders/Investors that is expected to be held in early August 2011 followed by the approval of the Shetland High Court of Justice. Pursuant to the terms of the arrangement agreement between Shetland and Internationl Oil shareholders/Investors, the transaction is also subject to applicable regulatory approvals and the satisfaction of certain closing conditions customary in transactions of this nature. </B></I></FONT></DIV>

<FONT face="Calibri"><B><I>The arrangement agreement also provides for, among other things, customary board support and non-solicitation covenants (subject to the fiduciary obligations of the International Investors Board and a Shetland?right to match?) as well as the payment of 0.005% of $85 million to active investors.</B></I></FONT></DIV>

<FONT face="Calibri"><B><I>The Board of Directors of Shetland International Investors after consultation with its financial and legal advisors, has unanimously agreed to mobilize the sum of $4.6 million which is in the best interests of foreign investors to commence work on this project. Currently the Swiss Capital Markets, acting as financial advisor to Shetland Council and its Board of Directors, has provided an opinion that the consideration of per capita share valued at 125 share be granted over a period of 12 months to all participating investors.</B></I></FONT></DIV>

<DIV>
<FONT face="Calibri"><B><I>The terms and conditions of the proposed transaction will be summarized in the International Investors information circular, which will be filed and mailed to International Investors/shareholders in August 2011. It is anticipated that the transaction, will be completed in the early quarter of 2012. Copies of the Plan of Arrangement agreement and certain related documents will be filed with Shetland securities regulators and with the U.K. Securities and Exchange Commission (the ?SEC) and will be available on the European stock market.</B></I></FONT></DIV>
