I have uploaded a new copy of SafeDelete to sunsite.unc.edu. It is in
ftp://sunsite.unc.edu/pub/Linux/Incoming/ until it gets moved to its
proper place:
ftp://sunsite.unc.edu/pub/Linux/utils/shell/safedelete-1.0.tar.gz
There is a bug when attempting to delete a hidden file which is followed
by a non-alphanumeric character (e.g. ".#test.file"). SafeDelete incorrectly
issues an "invalid path" message. This problem has been fixed.
This fix is released as version 1.0b. Issue 'safedelete --version' to
make sure you have the correct release.
