Announcing Adder version 0.1.0.
Adder is a free Internet-based voting system which employs strong
cryptography (homomorphic encryption and distributed key generation).
Currently under development at the University of Connecticut, we have
just released our first public version.
This is a work in progress, and we need the public's feedback. If
