This release is a major bugfix release, problems in ARP table handling have been fixed.
BalanceNG (Balance Next Generation) is a modern software IP load balancing solution
running on Linux.
BalanceNG will be soon available also for Solaris (SPARC and x86).
BalanceNG is small, fast and (relatively) easy to use and setup. It offers session persistence,
different distribution methods (Round Robin, Random, Hash and Least Resource) and
a customizable UDP health check agent (available in source code).
BalanceNG supports VRRP (Virtual Router Redundancy Protocol) to set up High Available
configurations on multiple nodes.
BalanceNG is available at http://www.BalanceNG.net .
