extract of the most important or most interesting messages.

PS: Addicted to Linux and mobile computing since almost ten years, I often
needed to investigate or repair laptop hardware. Sometimes I found it
difficult to get necessary information, so finally I have started a new
    project:

    Repair4Laptop

Need to achieve a hard disk or CPU upgrade of your laptop or notebook?
Need to repair a broken display? Want to dissect your laptop or
notebook, to know what chips are actually inside your mobile computer?
Are you missing a service manual? Or just in the mood of modding or
hacking your mobile gadget? Here is a collection of links to take apart
instructions, disassembly pictures or dismantling videos, upgrade and
repair manuals, as well as do-it-yourself (DIY) tips and tricks for
laptop and notebook repairs. If you have written a repair report
yourself, please send me a note.
