This is an automated report about activity of our newsgroup
comp.os.linux.announce. It covers period between the
previous report and the current one, ending
on Mon Aug 16 00:05:02 CDT 2004.

Note that we do not report the number of articles cancelled
after they got approved, because the cancellations are done
manually. Typically messages get cancelled by requests of
posters themselves.

Lastly, the statistics below are skewed towards higher numbers because
there are always some test messages from moderators themselves who
approve and reject them to make sure that our robomoderator functions
properly.

Rejected: 6 messages

Subject: SHARP Zaurus SL-6000L in Europe
Date: 16 Aug 2004 07:35:01 GMT

The German company TRIsoft[1] brings the newest SHARP Linux PDA to
Europe. Since the SL-6000 has finally got the required
CE-Certification, the PDA will be available for 849 Euros in
September.

Trisoft: "The SL-6000 extends our Zaurus portfolio for professional users
and solution providers, which need a more robust PDA. The already
integrated WLAN (802.11b) and the brilliant display with a 480x640 resolution
make the SL-6000 quite interesting for professional requirements".

A survey of all SHARP Zaurus Linux PDA models[2] (including codenames)
is available at the TuxMobil Survey: Linux with PDAs[3].
