For comp.os.linux.announce
Announcing world world's first HTML telnet client
-------------------------------------------------
A new service allowing you to log into your Linux server over any firewall or
proxy server has been launched. Aimed primarily at consultants running their
own Linux servers.
This service allows you to log into your Linux server from a client's site
regardless of any intervening Firewall or Proxy server and regardless of whether
you can run Java applets on your browser.
Compatible with Netscape 7 and all Internet Explorer browsers (from Version 4), the
service works by delivering the world's first HTML telnet client to your browser.
Keystroke feedback is via CGI script calls. Javascript must be enabled on your browser.
http://www.port42.com
Service is currently on trial and so free.
