GNU m4 1.4o incorporates all changes I have been sent, that patched
cleanly.
The highlights are:
* Modules can be loaded from the command line with --load-module
* Modules now use libtools wrapper libltdl.
* Bug fixes.
Things the needs testing (see the ChangeLog for details)
* Stack overflow detection on BSDI 3.1 systems.
Things still left to do before releasing 1.5:
* Save information about modules and the syntax table to frozen state
files.
* Implement option to output Makefile dependencies.
* Some characters, such as comma, are still hardcoded in several places,
and does not follow changes in the syntax table.
* If configured --with-gmp for multiple precision arithmetic there are
somw warnings, but it passes the tests.
* The test case for stackoverflow doesn't work.
