I just tried to compile it with the newer lib's, and got lots of
errors:
gtksheet.c:602: structure has mo member named 'foreach'
removing the offending line (it was just setting it to NULL) got me
to the following errors:
Undefined reference to gtk_selection_add_handler (multiple times)
g_module_supported
g_module_error
g_module_make_resident
g_module_close
g_module_name
g_module_symbol
g_module_open
