Why not use lincks instead of web? I think it's also networked, provides for
structure, handles the material in a database, and allows for cross linking;
a dump shouldn't be hard to convert to HTML, texinfo, etc. BTW, it also
supports parallel editing and stores historical data. Backdraw: it might be
more complicated to used. A GTK interface for Lincks would be a real hit.
