[gtk-list] rc file parsing bug?

I came across what I think is a bug in the rc file parsing. I put in a
color of { 0, 0, 0 } and it caused the rc parsing code to complain about
a non-existant error about 6 lines later in the file. Changing that to
{ 0, 1, 0 } didn't fix the problem, but changing it to { 0, 50000, 0 }
did fix the problem.
If anyone wants to look into this, I'll be willing to send the rcfile I
was using and tell exactly where I was making the change.
