The gnome-app-helper utilities in gnome-libs let you create menus with
hotkeys and accelerators very easily. Please take a look at the
examples in gnome-libs/test-gnome. There is also some (unfinished)
documentation in gnome-libs/devel-docs -- I'll finish it soon.
