[gtk-list] Option menu example

Hi,
I noticed the Option Menu thingy is *not* even mentioned in
the Tutorial! by chance I found it in the Reference manual
but there isn't much info there. I looked into gtktest.c but
it is not too clear. Can anybody show me a simple example
of an option menu:

+-----------------+
With suboptions "one", "two" ? and a callback for 'changed'
event and a mention of a function to obtain the currently
selected item?
