At first I thought this was either a silly joke or or the work of
one so thick that a reply would be useless, but it occurs to me
that it may be one of those users of broken OS that can not
send mail from the command line.  So:
that means mail with SUBJECT: unsubscribe; TO: gtk-list-request@redhat.com;
and empty body.  The broken OS will not let you cut that from the
mail buffer, paste it into the shell and execute it, but you should
be able to accomplish the same thing in a few minutes with what
you have.
