NTT and Mitsubishi will be granting royalty free licenses for strict
implementations of Camilla (128bit block cipher), EPOC (public-key
encryption provably secure given its assumptions), PSEC (same but for
elliptic curve), and ESIGN (a digital signature algorithm).
