Are there any efforts being made to develop a version of the
software that can be used by us non-US residents?

I would certainly like to participate in the Challenge. I'm 
sure there are many other interested people out there, in the
big wide world ...

(And yes, I have been keeping up with the US export restrictions
issues.)

Hope this isn't a FAQ, or a really stupid question.
