To save anyone the trouble who might be interested from looking it up,
this seems to be the official site for rk:
ftp://ftp.cpsc.ucalgary.ca/pub/Redirect/rk/
There is source code there, as well as description of how to
order research papers and also a book on it...
"The Reactive Keyboard," by John J. Darragh and
Ian H. Witten, Cambridge series on human-computer interaction,
Cambridge University Press, New York, N.Y. 1992 (ISBN
0-521-40375-8).
Enjoy!
