A recent message (http://cryptome.org/krw-comint.htm) says that NSA
cracked a Chinese one-time pad during the Korean War. Does anyone have
any technical details?
The same posting also implies that the German foreign ministry used a
one-time pad known as GEE; this was also cracked. I've not heard of
GEE, and as far as I knew the ministry used online machines. Does
anyone have any details on either this system or its solution?
