According to the Norwegian newspaper Aftenposten
(<http://www.aftenposten.no/> for those who can read Norwegian) the 16
year old author of DeCSS, Jon Johansen, is being charged under
Norwegian anti-piracy laws. His father, who owns the web site from
which DeCSS is (or was?) made available is being charged as well.
Police raided their house and took computers and cell phones(!) as
evidence.
