_Quantum computing with electrons floating on liquid helium._
Jist: thousands of qubits possible, wave function changes in
nsec, coheres for msec.
Machinery: very cold helium layer on top of patterned electrodes.
Electrons are stored on other (exposed) surface of the He, location trapped
by electrodes.
Voltages on electrodes alter resonances; Write with microwave pulses. Read
by reversing voltage on He layer, waiting, and amplifying electrons
released from some electrode sites. Whole thing in vacuum.
Well-established physics behind it.
