"Pay no attention to the Men behind your Curtain."
The September 1999 Physical Meeting of the San Francisco Bay Area Cypherpunks
will feature the A5/2 cryptanalysis, and new of recent events in government,
law enforcement and cypherpunkdom (Crypto'99, Burning Man, etc). The meeting
will be in two parts, a general discussion featuring a discussion of the
recently-retracted PECSENC recommendations (see below), followed by some
technical presentations and, if we're fortunate, an IPsec interoperability
challenge.
As always, this is an Open Meeting on US Soil (in this case a few
meters above the soil) and members of the Public are encouraged to attend.

Preantepenultimate Session (12:00-1:00):

The meeting location will be at AT&T's office in the McCandless Business
Park at 2730 San Tomas Expressway in Santa Clara, California.
AT&T is on the second floor of the building, along with Arithmos.
This office is more accessible than the San Francisco AT&T office.
The main door should be open, and the door to AT&T's office will either
be open or you can buzz in or call Bill Stewart at +1-415-307-7119.
Coffee and vending machines with junk food will be available.

Directions:
Take 101 or Central Expressway to the San Tomas Expressway South.
Just past the Central Expressway on the right is McCandless Business Park.
AT&T is in the back of the business park on the second floor.
Just after McCandless business park is Walsh - if you get to the
stoplight, turn right and go into the parking lot.
