I don't think there are any "the" executables for those algorithms. You
may be looking for specific implementations, but you'd have to say for
what platform. You can extract source for IDEA from the source for PGP if
you are a hands-on kind. You might even consider the DOS PGP pre-compiled
executable an example of what you are looking for, but the various license
fees etc., are going to be associated with the specific implementations,
not the algorithms.
