It's a continuous battle, of course.
One noticeable thing is the complexity of the procedure. I suspect human
error will prove a more likely cause of leaks than the actual mechanism,
which appears sound.
There are commercial tools available that strip metadata from Word
documents.
I'm surprised no one has done a "redacting workbench" yet.
