Dear Guardian,

My father and mother met and married in London. So i was born in London .
Five years after i was born,my parents divorced. My father left my mother and travelled to Netherlands. For over many years,i have not seen my father but have only communicated with him through phone calls and emails.

Recently,my father's doctor sent a postage from DHL courier service to me which i received. When i opened it, i saw my father's depository documents and a letter from his doctor telling me to take heart that my father is dead and before he died in the hospital,he handed over his depository documents to him and instructed him to make sure that it was sent over to me in London. This is exactly what the good doctor did. I cried.

Now,It's my humble intention to confide in you that my father Engr.Francis Lucero
is dead and he had a fixed deposit sum of $7 Million Usd (Three Million Usd) in a financial institution in Netherland.Since my father divorced my mother,my father said my mother has no right to claim the money and my father made an agreement with them that i have to get to the age of 25yrs before i can claim the money or if i am below 25 years i should provide a guardian who can help me to receive the money and guide me on how to invest it. I have contacted them and they told me that i am only 21 years old, and i should provide a guardian and this is why i have contacted you.

Yours Sincerely
Anan Lucero.
