Premier spokesman Chris Riggall had not seen the
counterclaim [breach-of-contract lawsuit counterclaim
filed by the Ohio Secretary of State] and declined
comment on it. But he blamed the vote tabulation
problems on McAfee anti-virus software on computer
servers.
