money, but uptil this moment of writing, nobody has come to apply for =20
the claim.
The Bank mandated me to present to them the next of kin within 14 days =20
from today or else, they will term the funds as unclaimed and return =20
it the British Government Treasury Bill account as uncovered funds, as =20
the agreement was to keep the funds for 7 years which has elapsed. In =20
view of this, I hereby seek your consent to present you as the next of =20
kin of the deceased so that the 6.7M Pounds, can be paid to you as the =20
deceased next of kin, to avoid loosing the funds.
I am ready to give you 50% of the total money upon the completion of =20
the business if you agree to this proposition. As his attorney, I will =20
position you legally as his next of kin/beneficiary without any flaw =20
and also provide you with the necessary legal documents to back up any =20
claim we may make to the satisfaction of the Deutsche Bank London.
