That's the latest one present on the North America crypto archives.
That's where Matt Blaze is distributing the sources from so I guess that's it.
How stable? Working fine for me, but I'm only using it on occasion.
(Gee... I hope these comments don't violate some clause of the
EAR regulations...) :-)
