CFS-USERS has managed to live happily for six years without spam. Sometime
in the last couple of months, the spamers finally discovered it.

At least two clueless list members didn't understand enough about how
mailing lists work to know that the spam didn't originate here, and complained
to various unrelated parts of AT&T about the spam problem. As a result,
I've almost had to close down this list. To the complainers (you know who
you are): shame on you.

I've changed the list configuration to allow posting only by list members,
which should fix the problem. Depending on mailer configuration, this may
cause problems for some users, but I'll forward any bounced messages
manually.
