Hi everyone,
I just compiled CFS-1.4.0.beta2 on my Linux System (Debian 2.0, Kernel
2.1.126, a SMP Machine). It compiled out of the box with the
Makefile-Options for RedHat5.1, it produced a lot of warnings, but
it compiled.
But when I try to create a directory with cmkdir, it asks me for the
key, and then it hangs. It uses 99% CPU, and nothing happens. I left
it in this state for about 5 minutes, then I killed the process.
I didn`t wait any longer because on my NetBSD box, it takes just a
few seconds to create a directory, and my Linux-Box has much more
CPU-Power.
Any ideas?
BTW: If anyone is interested, I can provide my changes to the Makefile
for NetBSD 1.3.3
MfG
Benjamin
