CRASH KILLS 24 PEOPLE

Charlotte, North Carolina - APO Flight 79 inbound from Independence,
Missouri collided with a North Carolina Air National Guard C-130 aircraft
in the skies over Charlotte, North Carolina, killing approximately 24
people.

Flight 79, a boeing 737, was carrying approximate 70 passengers and crew
when the collision occurred. The latest reports confirm that 19 bodies
have been removed from the wreckage of the 737 and 5 bodies from the C-130.

In addition, several people on the ground were also injured. The victims
are being taken to local hospitals for treatment. The FAA has yet to
speculate on the cause of the crash. However, the crash is most likely the
result of overcast skies and poor visibility.

Announcing a Change in Plans

Please old clothes, and I do mean old, for the Service Project. Some of
the makeup used for the drill could stain clothes and there is a chance
that some items may need to be cut. So don't wear your brand new jeans!
Save those for the party later on.

In order to still wear letters at this event I would like to suggest that
everyone bring a plain white T-shirt and some markers and we create our own
letter shirts for this event.
