For your information:
The National Scout Executive (or his designee) sit on our National Board of
Directors as a FULL VOTING MEMBER. As a member of the National Organizaion
I Committee in Boston we discussed the validity of non-elected members of
the board having voting privledges (this also includes Life Members of the
Board and Founding Members). However, the convention decided NOT to remove
voting privledges from this group of people. I'm providing this for
informational puproses...I hope to keep out of this discussion again. :)
