Sure it is!  There's a little blurb about APO in the Scout Handbook, and
APO had a booth (manned by 6 brothers including myself) at the National
Scout Jamboree.

And about changing the rituals (don't get on my case about discussing "secret
stuff" - none of this says anything to non-brothers), I hope that it stays
mostly, if not completely, the same.  Our origins are in the BSA, and the
pledge manual and anywhere else that mentions our founding should mention
BSA.
