Hi brothers.

Recently, our chapter decided to not have a pledge class for the
Spring semester, 1994. This was decided mostly because many brothers
thought that the fraternity was just becoming too big, too fast.
Anyway, we have not had a pledge class only one other time and that
semester was pretty lame. I do not think it was because we did not
have a pledge class, but because our program did not shift
accordingly. You obviously have to do some things differently during
a semester when there is no pledge class to make sure the bond of
friendship is kept among brothers and also to keep morale up about APO
in general.

So, does anybody have some cool ideas on great chapter programs
during a non-pledging semester. Please give me any ideas you have,
regardless of how weird they sound. Thank you. :)
