Quilt: Whoever sent that last message is right. A 1 inch border
would leave 13x13 inch square for your design. What can I say, math
isn't one of my strong points. *sheepish grin*
Quota: The post about quotas is regarding aposoc-l. It's a high volume
list so each person has a daily quota of 5 messages. Lately some people
have been going way over their quota. So Aman, the owner of the list is
trying to resolve this problem. There was a brief arguement between brothers
over wether there should or shouldn't be a quota, but they kissed and made
up. I'm not sure why Tony posted about this to apo-l. Maybe he thought
there was a similar quota.
