Dear Brothers,
Hey everybody! Hope all is going well so far this semester. As you
can imagine things are pretty crazy around here! Besides Sectionals getting
closer everyday, we have inducted a pledge class of 13! Here are just a few
updates and changes regarding sectionals!
LDW is confirmed! Betsy Got back to us and let us know the good news!
The T-shirt price will be $8.00 (I think). Just a reminder make all checks
payable to Alpha Phi Omega (English banks don't read greek. Don't forget
registration starts @ 6pm at the Charles Hunt Union (There will be signs),
which is also the site of the friday night mixer! Don't forget the daedline,
you will have to pay a $3.00 late fee if you haven't already paid.
Ok This is important! The instructions we were told for the quilt
panel were off just a bit!! The panel needs to be 15 inches by 15 inches and
there must be a 1 inch sewing border around the perimiter! Wee need the border
so all the panels can be sewn together properly! I'm sorry if this has caused
ANY inconvenience! PLEASE feel free to call ANYTIME if you have ANY questions
or concerns, She doesn't sleep much these days anyway! I'll be in touch with
all of the chapters hopefully before y'all get this mailing.
