Hello everybody out there in APO land. My name is Chris Dustin and I am
the Interchapter Relations Chair at Penn State. A couple weeks ago I
posted a note about our pledges writing letters to brothers at other chapters
to find out more about the fraternity on a national level. I've had about
30 people respond to my posting, which is great, however I need about 25
more people willing to help out.
I'll briefly explain what's going on. Last semester we began giving our
pledges the opportunity to write to brothers at other chapters to find
out how each chapter is unique in its own little way, etc...
In a few weeks we plan to have the pledges write to various brothers and alum.
The way it will work if you choose to help us out is a pledge will write you
a letter asking about your chapter, your experiences in A Phi O, and anything
else they want. Then all you have to do is take a few moments and respond
to their questions.
I'm asking for regular mailing addresses (snail mail) and not E-Mail, since
most of the pledges don't have E-mail accounts. If you'd prefer E-Mail,
let me know and something can be arranged. Also if you could tell me a
little bit about yourself, I can maybe try to match people with similar
interests.
If you have any questions, send me a note and I'll try to answer them.
