Hmmm, it would appear that the way I conveyed to Marc Boffardi the idea
that Warren Weidman's censure by the Board of Directors was a little off.
Marc, I did not mean to chastise you - this action is in the public
domain, and should probably be discussed rather than kept in the corners
of discussion. I merely meant that if you were really curious, I'd be
more than willing to give you the rest of the details (as I did a moment
ago in a private note.) If others are curious, they will speak up.
