Ok all from region 9 here is the letter that you all should have gotten but
probably didn't
Dear Brothers,
The gentalmen of NU MU invite your chapter's brothers to the region
9 convention in Duluth, Minnesota. Please write us back A.S.A.P. and let us
know how many people from your chapter are planning to attend. The cost per
person will be around $25.00 for the whole weekend. To keep costs down Nu Mu
will house everyone on friday night, then on Saturday night people will stay
in a hotel at the banquet site. We have a certain number of hotel rooms
already reserved so please get back to us on how many rooms you would like.
We realize that this trip might be a little expensive so therefore you decide
on how many rooms your chapter wants, there is no limit on how many people can
sleep in one room!!!!
In the next week (ifyou decide to visit tell me, tim, and I will tell
Mark) we will be sending you maps on how to get to Duluth and to the
University Campus. For those of you wondering, U.M.D. is about a two and 1/2
hour drive north of the Twin Cities, and about a three hour drive from Eau
Claire. If you're leaving from Iowa, please consider avoiding "rush hour"
when passing through the Twin Cities (this would be from about 2-5 P.M.). If
you hit rush hour it can make for an extremely long and frustrating drive
(trust me on this, rush hour in Minnesota really sucks).
We expect to have around 240 people show up for this convention, and
we expect that everyone will attend at least one convention meeting.
Also, we hope to have executive members from every chapter in the
region show up for their specific convention meetings. There will
also be seminars for people that aren't current executive members
going on at the same time. If you have any questions please call

We are sure that everyone that attends this convention will go back home with
smiles on their faces, and possibly a few hang-overs.

P.S. The brothers of Nu Mu would also like to remind you that there are 12
hours of night life, (and that during this weekend we will use all of them).
