Funny you should ask about service pins.  I just pulled mine out of the
laundry after a full wash cycle and three dryer spins.  And, it was still
attached to the shirt tightly.  It's a little hot, but it great condition,
and nice and shiny now. :)

But seriously, we have had no major problems here with pins.  Pledge pins do
tend to wear out after two or three pledge classes, but I don't think that's
unusual or bad.
