OK, OK, OK eough about Alaska, Hawaii, and Washington state.
How about Waldorf, Maryland?
It's a small town with lots of hotel rooms. It has a lot because of
its proximity to Washington D.C. Also, being close to D.C., there
are tons of service project opportunities. They're not in Waldorf-
proper, but close by. Heck, we could even go into Washington for
projects: it's only a 45 minute drive away (it's 35 miles: time all
depends on how fast you drive and if you take the beltway :))
There are also a glut of colleges and universities with APO chapters
in and around D.C. They couldn't house everybody, but it would be a
big help.
So, what do y'all think? I'm from the area, and I'm telling you now,
not much happens in this small town. But hey. It's got a Holiday
Inn we could take over........:)
