Brothers-
I need your help or else I'm afraid my chapter will start opening meetings
with Ginsu knives at 10 paces.
We are seriously lacking in motivation here at ABX. Too many times people will
merely sit back and complain about something while not doing anything. We also
only have 14 brothers at the moment, so we really can't afford to have people
sitting back and doing nothing. It's only week 3 of classes, and as the VPS,
I worry that I will come down with "VPS Burn Out" before the semester ends.
Does anyone have any suggestions on how to motivate people?
Next question....too many times we get brothers who step on others toes, which
leads to big arguements. At times, you would never know that we are built on
freindship, with the arguments. How does your chapter stay friends? I mean, ABX
does love one another, but we seem to fight all of the time....)
