Ok everybody. I (finally) got the bylaws that I had onto the FTP site
under the apobylaw directory. Sorry about the names, but I figured
you'd like them better than the ones that I used on this end
(untypable greek letters. Kinda neat looking as long as you use
norton commander for your dos prompt)
